The minutes of October 15, 1994 and April 22, 1995 meetings were read and corrected.
The Treasurer’s report was handed out to all owners present. This report is to be included with the minutes of this meeting and sent to all owners. The present balance in the bank is $61,378.73 plus Generator Accounts Receivable of $23,823.00 making a total of assets $85,201.73.
Haskel Young reported on the generator program. At present, we have acquired nine generators that are working great. We now have a generator that is kept at Bob Frank’s that belongs to Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Association. Any owner may rent this generator at any time for $2.50 per hour that shows on the hour meter. This price includes diesel fuel. Contact Bob Frank if you wish to rent this generator.
A discussion of generators and solar power made the Board act upon clarifying the program about electricity. The Board of Directors is issuing the following statement:
“All property owners have a one time offer for Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Association to help them with producing electricity. Any owner may use the money for a generator, solar or any other means to make electricity at their property in Red Bank Oaks and Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Association will pay 23% of the cost up to $1,100.00. This is effective as of June 1, 1995.”
The Board of Directors made a recommendation to increase the Board to five members. It was made into a motion by Pat Young and seconded by Bill Arent. This motion was passed unanimously. You elect the Board of Directors and they are to perform the business of the Association. Please make all future request or comments in writing and send them to Red Bank Property Owners Association, P.O. Box XXX, Red Bluff, California 96080.
