A special meeting of the Red Bank Oaks Property Owner’s Association was called to discuss the number of people on the Board of Directors. All the present board members were present: Haskel Young-Pres., Bill Arent-V. Pres. and Patricia Young-Sec-Tres.
The work done by the Board of Directors has increased so much the last few years that it is putting a hardship on so few people. The association has grown and we have more people to help do the work. A unanimous decision was made to increase the Board of Directors to five people instead of the present three. This will make the work load easier on all board members.
This proposal is to be presented to the Association for a vote at the next meeting on October 21, 1995.
