October 21, 1995 Meeting of the Board of Directors Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Association
The newly elected Board of Directors met at 5:30 pm at Haskel Young’s residence. Bill Arent, Bob Frank, David Weston, Haskel Young, and Patricia Young were all present.
The first order of business was to select the officers and duties of the members. Haskel Young was elected President, Bill Arent Vice President, Pat Young Secretary, David Weston Treasurer and Bob Frank the on site representative and has the responsibility of renting the generator, pick up the mail and do the generator books by posting the monthly payments and depositing them in the bank and sending copies to David Weston at XXX Woodside Rd #XXX, Redwood City, CA 94061-3758.
The Board agreed that the policy about generators should be clarified to all the property owners. “Any owner may use the money for electricity at their property and Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Association will pay 23% of the total cost up to $1,100.00. This is to be effective June 1, 1995 and is a one time offer to all owners.
Haskel Young announced that the next BBQ will be held in April or May whenever the weather will permit it. LANDOWNER and LANDOWNER and LANDOWNER and LANDOWNER have volunteered to be co-hosts and do all the work, even the invitations.
It was unanimously decided to make a ruling that any check up to $1,000.00 would need only one signature, from 1,000.00 to $4,700.00 would need two signatures and anything $4,700.00 or more would need three signatures. Haskel Young, Pat Young and Bob Frank are to be on the account.
Being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
