Meeting Minutes

27 April 1996

Red Bank Property Owners Board of Directors met at 10:00 am at Haskel Young’s Motorhome on April 27, 1996.  The meeting was called to order by Haskel Young.  The following officers were present:  Haskel Young, Bill Arent, Bob Frank, David Weston and Patricia Young.

The only order of business were the letters received from LANDOWNER and LANDOWNER.  The three issues were discussed and the following action was taken on the issues.

1.       Road Standards – All felt that the roads were in good condition considering the winter months with the exception where the heavy trucks and equipment damaged the roads during home construction on different parcels.  The normal grading is to be done and Young is to contact the grader and have the repairs done.

2.       Health issues – No one on the board has seen any bad health problems and they all feel that the County has been doing an adequate job of keeping things neat and clean.  No one has smelled any foul odors or seen any evidence of any RVs dumping illegally since Haskel Young put in the dump station and allows others to use it with permission.

3.       Addition to CC&Rs – All agree that a few parcels could use some TLC but they feel that a 40 acre parcel is large enough that they can’t be policemen all the time.  County ordinance says one may have certain things and they feel that they will let the county, State and Federal government police things and to change the CC&Rs takes a majority of all property owners.

Haskel Young is to write a letter to LANDOWNER/LANDOWNER to state the feelings of the Board.

Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,

Patricia A. Young

Secretary
