Dear Mr. Young,
Following are several items
that I would like placed on the Agenda for the April Association Meeting:
-
Bringing all common used
road ways up to current minimum standards. Everyone should have safe access
to their property at all times of the year. Currently, even with 4 wheel
drive there are areas that are dangerous, as well as causing undue wear to
one’s vehicle.

Health issues, is everyone
disposing of waste material in a manner that will not contaminate the water
table?
-
Addition of clause to
CC&R’s that states everyone is responsible for keeping their property cleared
of unsightly trash that is in common view of other homeowners. If they do
not, it will be hauled away by the Associations at the offending party’s
expense.
