LANDOWNER & LANDOWNER P.O. Box XXXX Red Bluff, CA 96080
Dear LANDOWNER & LANDOWNER,
This is in reply to your letter of 4/15/96. It was discussed by the Board of Directors meeting on April 27, 1996 and the following decision was unanimous.
1. Road Standards This subdivision has been in existence since 1976 and it was decided at the very beginning that the area should retain its rustic and rural beauty and road repairs would be done only as absolutely necessary. All new owners are informed of this and should not expect any major changes.
2. Health Issues The Red Bank Oaks Property Owner’s Board of Directors is not aware of any health issues such as you have addressed. There are County, State and Federal Health inspectors who handle these matters, therefore, we do not desire to become involved in sanitation matters.
3. Addition to CC&Rs A majority vote of all homeowners is required to change the CC&Rs. It is not the desire of the board to attempt to enact what you are requesting. We feel County, State and Federal Laws already adequately cover this matter.
A general discussion among the Board is that a 40 acre parcel should be large enough for each owner to have some latitude in living and using his or her own parcel without complaints or problems from other owners. We hope that you will join with us in exercising this same patience and understanding of the actions of others, that you would desire them to afford you.
Sincerely,
Haskel H. Young Red Bank Oaks Property Owner’s Assn.
