April 27, 1996 Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Asso. Board Meeting
The Board met at Haskel Young’s Motorhome at 6:00 pm and all the members were present. This was an open meeting and the invitation to attend was given at the Barbecue to all owners. A total of about 25 were there.
The problem we are having with the roads was discussed. When the subdivision was originally planned, the roads were named but not recorded at the County Recorder or planning commission offices. A lot of the names were later used in other places in the County, so the County asked us to rename all the roads with duplicate names. This was an open meeting and we had input from about 25 owners. It was decided to have the Secretary take the names suggested and check with the County road names for duplication and submit the names to the County Planning Commission.
After the County’s O.K. on the names the Secretary is to make new maps for all the owners.
It was suggested to have a work day and BBQ to make signs and any Owner who wants to participate would be welcome. There is to be a report made at the next Annual Meeting in October.
The meeting was adjourned with no further business.
