Vote by Mail

Red Bank Oaks Vote by Mail
For all matters which require the full vote of the landowners; whereupon a majority of the owners are not present or represented by proxy at the annual meetings, the Board of Directors may initiate a vote by mail. A quorum is established when all landowners are sent a self-addressed voting card by mail. Landowners then use the voting cards to place their votes and send the cards back to the Red Bank Oaks mailing address. The votes are then tallied and action is taken based on the results of the vote. The returned voting cards are then filed with the records. From time to time, the Board of Directors may seek the input of all the landowners on other relevant matters. Even though the CC&Rs may not require such matters to be put forth for a full vote of the landowners, doing so helps ensure the actions of the Board accurately reflect landowner positions. For these matters, the Board of Directors may also initiate a vote by mail. The results of historical and current vote-by-mail activities on record follow.
