Red Bank Oaks Vote by Mail October 2007
Parameters for Electrical Extensions into Red Bank Oaks SUMMARY:
At the October 6, 2007 meeting, landowners discussed whether or not to require all future power installations along Association roads to be underground in order to preserve the primitive and pristine nature of Red Bank Oaks’ vistas. A full vote of the landowners was not required and a vote the landowners’ vote at the meeting as any stipulation on this matter would be reflected in policy and not the CC&Rs.
Because this resulting vote at the landowners’ meeting generated significant conflict with several landowners, votes were recounted several times. Out of respect for those landowners who opposed the resulting vote, the President declared voting cards would be mailed to all landowners to ensure the established policy reflected the desires of all landowners.
The resulting vote was for all power extensions into Red Bank Oaks to be installed underground along Association roads.
