VOTING CARD:
I make the following elections for the 2007-2008 Board of Directors: (choose up to 5 candidates)
q Elect LANDOWNER to the 2007-2008 Board of Directors
q Elect Christine Davis to the 2007-2008 Board of Directors
q Elect David Weston to the 2007–2008 Board of Directors
q Elect Pat Young to the 2007-2008 Board of Directors
q Elect Kim Rowe to the 2007-2008 Board of Directors
q Elect Eric Kirk to the 2007-2008 Board of Directors
q Elect LANDOWNER to the 2007-2008 Board of Directors
RESULTS:
Elections:
Per CC&Rs, Article VI, Activities of the Association, paragraph 4: “The directors shall be elected and may be removed by a majority of the votes cast by the owners.” The Association received 36 valid votes cast by the owners for elections. A majority of the votes would therefore consist of 19 votes.
Election of Officers. Vote whether or not to elect each of the following nominees to the Board for the 2007-2008 term.
In accordance with the bylaws, Article III, Directors, Section 3.02, Election and Terms of Office, candidates receiving the highest number of votes up to the number of directors to be elected are elected.
