Road Maintenance Contract Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association
To ____________,
Per your proposal, Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association has decided to enter into a contract with you, ____________, for maintaining the roads at the property per the following terms and conditions:
1. Roads will be graded with your equipment on an as-needed basis through the course of the year.
2. Gravel will be placed at various locations on the roads within the property on an as-needed basis.
3. Your equipment will be located at your property in Red Bank Oaks and the Association is not to be charged for transportation or upkeep of your equipment.
4. Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association is not liable for any accident that may cause harm to anyone operating your equipment or any damage to your equipment or property from the result of such accident.
5. You will maintain insurance for your equipment and its operator.
6. This contract will remain in force for 2 years from date of acceptance.
7. If you fail to properly maintain the roads, or fulfill the terms and conditions the contract can be voted by the Board of Directors null and void.
Compensation will be as follows:
You agree to bill the Association at a rate of $50.00 (fifty dollars) per hour for your services. At any time if your billing is more than $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) or 20 hours, you must get prior approval before start of job. Any gravel purchased for the roads will be billed at cost +5% to the Association.
