Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Association

Fall Meeting October 10, 1998

The meeting was called to order by Jeff Moyer, President @ 1:40pm.

The minutes from our last meeting on 10/4/97 were read and approved.

Elections for our new board were held.  The following people ran for the 1988-1999 Board:

Bob Frank

Jeff Moyer

LANDOWNER

Dave Weston

Maureen Moyer

Dottie Pompei

Our new Board was elected by written and proxy votes.  They are as follows:

Bob Frank

Jeff Moyer

Dick Jones

Dave Weston

Maureen Moyer

Thanks to all that ran and congratulations to those elected.

Being no old business, we moved to new business.

Dave Weston read the profit/loss statement he prepared.  He apologized for not having enough copies for all.  Copy is enclosed.

LANDOWNER asked if he could get gravel on parts of his road.  We will take care of this next time we have the roads graded.  He had no problem with that.

The old caterpillar on the side of the road by Entry Drive was asked about.  LANDOWNER said the owner was contacted but has not come to get it yet, hopefully soon.

New road signs need to be made with the new names on them.  The Board will try and have this done as soon as possible.

The two fishing ponds need to be stocked with fish.  It was voted on to budget $500-$1,000 for this project and approved.  The question was asked if it’s okay with the owners of these ponds for other members to fish them.  Haskel said it was ok to fish his pond.  Haskel then asked Moyer’s if it was ok with them.  Moyer’s said ok as long as people pick up after themselves.  Haskel said the other parth the LANDOWNER need to be asked as they own ½ the pond with the Moyer’s.  LANDOWNER said the Moyer/Neely pond has a lot of fish in it and may not need to be stocked.  He was asked to check it out and report back.

Aerial photos were asked about.  They should be available at the County Office for a reasonable cost.

LANDOWNER asked Haskel about the power unit info he had sent to him.  Haskel will get that info to the Board for them to review.

Being no further business the meeting was adjourned @ 2:20pm.  All that attended enjoyed a great BBQ with family and friends.
