It was announced that all the roads had been graded and all the owners were pleased with the way they looked.  Only two places where there was erosion still needed to be fixed.

It was discussed to have new maps with owner’s names to be sent out without phone numbers or addresses.  If you make friends with your neighbor, they can give you their address.  This is to be sent with the minutes.

It was announced that CATTLEMAN agreed to rent the pasture for $13,500 for 1990-91.  A lease is in the mail to him for his signature.

Balance in Bank as of 10/15/90 is $69,668.60.  Statement of Income and Expense for 10/15/89 to 10/15/90 was handed out to all owners present.  This report is to be included with the minutes.

The following names were submitted for election to the Red Bank Property Owners Association Board:  Haskel H. Young, Patricia A. Young and Robert Frank.  A motion was made by LANDOWNER and seconded by LANDOWNER that the nominations be closed and the officers be unanimously elected to the Board.  Motion carried.

Haskel Young told the members he was looking into the possibility of having our own power plant.  He will do further research in this matter.

Haskel Young purchased a 4000 Watt generator for the well for all to use.  LANDOWNER made a motion for the homeowners to purchase this generator (approximately $600) and leave it at the subdivision for all to use at the well.  This motion was seconded by LANDOWNER.  Motion carried.

Meeting was adjourned at 2:30 pm to enjoy a delightful BBQ of chicken and beef ribs with all the trimmings.

Respectfully submitted,

Patricia A. Young, Secretary-Treasurer

Due to no rain and no grass, CATTLEMAN signed the pasture rental agreement in December for $12,000 instead of $13,500.  As of December 31, 1990 there were no cows on the ranch.
