Red Bank Oaks Meeting Minutes
21 October 1989
RED BANK OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION Annual Meeting: Saturday, October 21, 1989
The meeting was called to order by Haskel Young at 2:22 pm in the barn at the old home place. It was showering so the tables and chairs were inside the barn.
The following Property owners were present:
The minutes of the October 22, 1988 meeting were read and approved.
Haskel Young reported we were getting 7.9% interest on the 1 year certificate of $50,000.00. This matures in November 1989. At this time it will be rolled over into a 6 month certificate as it pays the same as a one year certificate. This motion carried.
Treasurer’s report showed $9,563.21 in the bank account. The treasurer’s report is to be included with the minutes.
Grading and Gravel is due on some of the roads. If you have a bad spot, please inform Haskel Young to have it repaired. The group decided to save on road repair this year as they were in fairly good condition.
The following members were nominated to the Board of Directors.
Haskel H. Young Patricia A. Young Robert Frank
Election of officers was unanimous and Haskel Young, Patricia Young and Robert Frank were installed as Board Members. Haskel Young as President, Robert Frank as vice President and Patricia Young as Secretary-Treasurer.
LANDOWNER made a motion to have a new map made up with all the owners’ names and a list of the owners names and addresses and phone numbers. Motion carried.
LANDOWNER made a motion to adjourn since there was no further business.
All present enjoyed a wonderful barbecue of ribs, chicken, salads and drinks.
