Special meeting of Board of Directors of Red Bank Oaks Property Owner’s Association was called.
Present were Mr. Haskel H. Young, President, Dr. Peter Gaffney, Vice President and Patricia Young, Secretary-Treasurer.
The matter brought before the board was the request from CATTLEMAN to have the rent set at $12,000.00 for the year instead of the $15,000.00.
Upon investigation by the board, we found that economic conditions in the cattle business and comparable pasture rental justified that a reduction should be made.
It was a unanimous vote of the board to accept the $12,000.00 for pasture rental for the 1984-85 season.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
