Red Bank Oaks Meeting Notice

Landowners,
It’s time for our ANNUAL MEETING and Barbecue!
Date and Time: Saturday, 25 October 2003 at 1:30pm
Caterer: Big Red’s BBQ: Tri-tip, chicken, pork, and side dishes.
** Landowners must RSVP no later than 20 October 2003 if they wish to eat at the picnic **

Location: Next to the pond at the intersection of Northlake Drive and Northwest Drive – See map on back.
Directions: From Balis Bell Road (county road) turn right onto Barbie Dell Lane. Follow Barbie Dell Lane through entrance gate until it intercepts Northlake Drive. Turn left on Northlake Drive and follow it down the hill to the picnic site.
Agenda: Enclosed. This meeting will require a full vote of the landowners for elections!
PLEASE IDENTIFY A PROXY IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND!
Bring: Your own chairs and prepare for possible rain!
Proxy: In the event landowners unanimously request a meeting at the spring picnic, you may submit a proxy to represent your interests if you are absent. Absentee landowners may assign any other landowner of the Association as their proxy. If the landowner of their choice does not attend the meeting, or is ineligible to vote, the proxy is void and no vote is counted. All proxies will be dated and good only for the meeting assigned to it. If no issues arise to be voted on at the meeting, the proxy becomes void. To ensure the integrity of proxy submissions, all landowners must send their proxy to the official Red Bank Oaks Property Owners' Association mailing address or the proxy will be void. The Board of Directors will document all proxies received and distribute them to the appropriate landowners at the meeting where they are to be used.
The RSVP SLIP and PROXY FORM are below. You may use the back to submit add-in AGENDA ITEMS. Please detach and return them to the address at the top of this letter if you will attend the picnic or submit a proxy!
