Dear Property Owners,

       Today is the first day of Spring.  The rain has stopped temporarily and the sun is shining.  It is time to set the Spring Barbecue.  We will hold it on Saturday, April 15, 1989 at the homeplace where the newly repaired barn is on Balis Bell Road.  It will be at 3:00 PM this year as there is a parade in Red Bluff that morning.

       Be sure and make reservations by Wednesday, April 12th by calling (209) 295-4905 or sending the following notice back.
