The minutes of October 17, 1992 meeting were read and approved.

The treasurer’s report was submitted and read.  This report is to be included with the mailing of the minutes of this meeting.  The balance in the bank as of September 15, 1993 is $90,602.53.

There was a discussion about the roads in Red Bank Oaks Subdivision.  They seem to be in good repair with the only complaint being Entry Drive.  A motion was made by LANDOWNER and second by LANDOWNER to put rock on Entry Drive before winter starts.  Motion passed.  Our Engineers LANDOWNER and Bill Arent agreed that we should use 1 ½” crushed rock.  LANDOWNER agreed to look into price and available haulers and let Haskel Young know the results.

Election of officers was the next order of business.  LANDOWNER nominated Haskel Young, Patricia Young and Bill Arent to run for board members.  No further nominations were made and they were all unanimously elected.

The generator for the well was discussed.  The old generator is in bad shape and we need a replacement.  A motion was made by LANDOWNER and seconded that we replace the generator for the best price available.  Motion carried.

All owners are asked to please clean up any mess they make at the fishing ponds or swimming hole.  The swimming hole and fishing ponds belong to other owners and to use them is a privilege so let us respect the owners desire to keep their property looking nice.

Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned to enjoy a delicious barbecue.

Respectfully submitted,

Patricia Young
