17 October 1992
RED BANK OAKS PROPERTY OWNER’S ASSOCIATION Annual Meeting: Saturday, October 17, 1992
The meeting was called to order by President Haskel Young at 2:15 pm after watching a load of fish being put into the pond up by the pumphouse. The following owners were represented:
The minutes of October 19, 1991 meeting were read and approved.
The treasurer’s Report was submitted and will be sent with the minutes of October 17, 1992 meeting. The balance in the bank as of October 10, 1992 is $85,517.32.
Haskel Young reported that the pasture rent will be $13,500.00 for this coming year and CATTLEMAN is still leasing the ranch.
Roads are in good shape now. Let us know when you know about a trouble spot next spring. We will have the grader back after the rainy season.
Middle Red Bank Rd will receive concrete this next year. LANDOWNER volunteered to help us engineer the bad spots on our roads.
The last order of business was election of officers. LANDOWNER nominated Haskel Young, Patricia Young and Robert Frank to be elected to the Board. It was seconded by LANDOWNER and they were unanimously elected.
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned for all to enjoy a delicious steak barbecue.
