Directors Meeting:  November 24, 1980

Secretary’s Minutes.

A special Directors meeting was called to order by E. E. Day, President, at 10:00 A.M. at 860 Rio Street, Red Bluff, California.

In attendance were Directors E. E. Day, Frances Day, and Margaret Desmond.  Also present were Haskel Young and Patricia Young, who have acquired the Days interest in the Association.

It was moved, seconded and carried that the Youngs replace the Days as Directors of the Association and that the officers be:

Haskel Young, President

Margaret Desmond, Vice President

Patricia Young, Secretary-Treasurer.

There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:15 A.M.
