Red Bank Oaks Special Assessment for Road Maintenance September 19, 2009 Notice of Special Assessment for Road Maintenance NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on September 19, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association, a California non-profit corporation, by resolution did adopt a Special Assessment levy of two hundred fifty ($250.00) against each parcel of Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association for road maintenance, said amount to be levied for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010 and due in full no later than April 15, 2010. Said resolution was duly adopted pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of said corporation and the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, Article III, “Management” applicable to said parcels thereof as recorded in the Clerk & Recorder’s Office of Tehama County, California. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Should full payment of said assessment not be received by April 15, 2010, notice is hereby given that said assessment will constitute a lien against each parcel of real property in delinquent status, for payment and satisfaction in full of said assessment and interest as follows:
Release of the Assessment Lien may be obtained by payment of all sums due to the Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association, 859 Washington Street, PMB 108, Red Bluff, California, 96080.
