Red Bank Oaks Board Resolution - September 19, 2009 Special Assessment for Road Maintenance The Board of Directors, Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association, does here by RESOLVE that:
The Board of Directors of the Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association, a California non-profit corporation, on this day September 19, 2009, does adopt a Special Assessment levy of two hundred fifty ($250.00) against each parcel of Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association for road maintenance for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010. Said resolution is duly adopted pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of said corporation and the covenants, conditions, and restrictions applicable to said parcels thereof as recorded in the Clerk & Recorder’s Office of Tehama County, California. Payment of said Assessment is due no later than April 15, 2010. WE FURTHER RESOLVE that should full payment of said assessment not be received by April 15, 2010, said assessment will constitute a lien against each parcel of real property in delinquent status, for payment and satisfaction in full of said assessment and interest as follows:
