Landowners,
We are meeting to seat the board and establish direction. It’s a great time to visit your property!, and enjoy some spring air. Please join us!
Date and Time: Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 1:30pm
Not Catered! No RSVP required.
Location: Reeds Creek Elementary School (18335 Johnson Road) school yard (or gym if it rains).

Bring: Your own chairs!
Proxy: A full vote of the landowners by may required for add-on agenda items. You are encouraged to submit a proxy if you can’t attend.

2) Seat the New Board
3) Approval of October 21, 2006 Meeting Minutes
4) Approval of Agenda (Add-Ins or Deletions)
5) Treasurer’s Report
6) Update on Approved Road Maintenance Signs
7) Amend Bylaws: Recommend deletion of duplicate paragraph 4.08. This paragraph already exists as paragraph 3.03.
8) The Future of Red Bank Oaks
9) [Add-In Items]: Items may be added which require a full vote of the landowners.
10) Good of the Order: Open forum for landowners to present information or discussion to benefit all other landowners. The board of directors will establish a time limit for the open forum. No items will be voted on during the open forum. Any discussion topics which arise and require action of the board will be placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting of the board. All landowners are asked to speak in turn, not exceed 3 minutes when speaking, and maintain professional behavior.
11) Adjourn
Proxy: You may submit a proxy to represent your interests if you are absent. Absentee landowners may assign any other landowner of the Association as their proxy. If the landowner of their choice does not attend the meeting, or is ineligible to vote, the proxy is void and no vote is counted. All proxies will be dated and good only for the meeting assigned to it. If no issues arise to be voted on at the meeting, the proxy becomes void. To ensure the integrity of proxy submissions, all landowners must send their proxy to the official Red Bank Oaks Property Owners' Association mailing address or the proxy will be void. The Board of Directors will document all proxies received and distribute them to the appropriate landowners at the meeting where they are to be used.
A listing of your fellow landowners and their parcel numbers is on the backside of this form to assist you.
