Landowners,
The Board of Directors will be meeting for some spring air, updates, and open discussion!
Date and Time: Saturday, April 23, 2005 at 1:30pm
Not Catered! No RSVP required.
Location: On Lewis Flat Road next to the pond - This is a special location for a change of scenery!
Directions: From Balis Bell Road (county road) turn left onto Entry Drive. Follow Entry drive up the hill and turn right onto Road Kill Lane. Follow Road Kill lane around until you reach a 4-way intersection (where Road Kill Lane intersects Bull Run Trail). At this intersection, continue straight ahead. Follow the road down the hill and cross Clover Creek. Veer right and take Jenny Trail up the hill to Bright Star Drive. Turn right onto Bright Star Drive and follow it around and up the hill. Stay on Bright Star Drive until you reach the intersection of Lewis Flat Road and Bright Star Drive. Turn left on Lewis Flat Road and follow it down the hill to the meeting site next to the pond.

* Alternate Location if it Rains: The meeting will be moved to Reeds Creek Elementary School (18335 Johnson Road, Red Bluff)
Directions: As you travel from Red Bluff to Red Bank Oaks, Reeds Creek School is on the corner of Reeds Creek Road and Johnson Road.
Bring: Your own chairs!
Proxy: A full vote of the landowners is not required for any of the items on the agenda. A Proxy is not needed.

3) Discuss Amendment to Meeting Minutes from 23 October 2004 Meeting

5) Red Bank Oaks Pager
A suggestion has been made to establish a Red Bank Oaks pager. We continue to have problems with the lock being cut off entry gates and it is suggested perhaps a pager would enable landowners who forgot the combination to immediately contact Red Bank Oaks to gain entry. Landowners could also have immediate contact with Red Bank Oaks regarding emergent situations/conditions which need to be handled. Landowners who attend the meeting will be asked to determine if a pager will be established for 2005-2006.
6) Good of the Order: Open forum for landowners to present information or discussion to benefit all other landowners. The board of directors will establish a time limit for the open forum. No items will be voted on during the open forum. Any discussion topics which arise and require action of the board will be placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting of the board. All landowners are asked to speak in turn, not exceed 3 minutes when speaking, and maintain professional behavior.
