Dear Property Owner,

Saturday, October 10, 1998 at 1:00pm is our annual Red Bank Oak Property Owners’ meeting.  We will have elections of 5 officers at this time.  Please note we have 6 names.

The Meeting will be held at Pat & Haskel’s by the pond.  Bring your own chairs and tables needed for your group.  Please call or write to the above address/phone # by Oct 4^th with the number of people in your party attending the Meeting/Bar-B-Q.

If you can not attend this meeting, we would appreciate your proxy vote by filling out attached ballot and mailing it to the above address.  Please Note all current Unsigned proxies are void.
