Dear Property Owner,

 

The Property Owners annual Meeting and Barbeque will be held Saturday, October 19, 1996 up by the catfish pond and well.  The meeting will begin at 2:00pm followed by the Bar-B-Que at 3:00pm.  This is the meeting for electing the five Board Members.  The following owners have consented to run and we feel they will be a great asset for the coming year:

If you are interested in being a Board Member, please call Haskel or Pat so that your name can be added to ballot.

 

I am not running for the Board this year.  I feel that Maureen Moyer will be excellent to replace me.  She is experienced in business, young and full of energy.  She has made all the arrangements, with the help of the Everett’s, for the last two barbeques.

 

This has been a year of many changes.  We now have 10 generators in use at Red Bank Oaks plus we have a generator that any owner may rent.  It will cost only $2.00 per hour used if you supply the diesel or $2.50 per hour used if the Association supplies the fuel.  This generator is on a trailer and stays at Bob and Nancy Frank’s place.  Make arrangements with Bob to rent it.  Remember you only pay for the hours the generator runs, not the hours you have it.

 

Tehama County informed us that there were a lot of duplications in road names and they asked us to rename a lot of our roads.  The Board had an open meeting on Saturday April 27 1996 after the barbeque.  All the names suggested by those attending and were checked with the Tehama County Planning Commission for duplication and submitted for approval.  We have just received the stamp of approval from the County on all the names and I am now making maps for all owners with the new road names.  These will be presented at the October 19th meeting and will be included with the minutes of that meeting sent to all owners.

 

Be sure and remember to bring chairs and table or TV trays for your comfort at the Barbeque-Meeting.  In case of rain you might want to bring an umbrella.  Please let us know by Wednesday October 16th how many people will be in your party.  You may use the slip enclosed or call 1-800-XXX-6541 (Maureen) or XXX-XXX-4905 (Patricia).  We look forward to seeing you all.
