Dear Property Owners,
The spring Barbecue is scheduled for Saturday, April 22, 1995 rain or shine. It will be held up by the pumphouse and fishing pond at 2 p.m.
The homeowners have purchased a 6.5 KW Kubota diesel generator. It is being tried out by some of our members. We will discuss at the meeting the feasibility of furnishing a generator to each homeowner. This would be in lieu of PG&E due to the problems we have encountered trying to bring line extensions to our subdivision.
The weather has been very bad on our roads this year and there is a lot of work to be done. Please report any bad spots you may observe.
Our main dish at the barbecue will be tri-tip, catered by the Palomino Room in Red Bluff. Come enjoy the good company and great food.
