Dear Property Owner,
October 16, 1982 is our annual Red Bank Oak Property Owner’s Association meeting. We will have nominations and election of officers at this time.
Arrangements have been made for a steak barbecue at the ranch at 1 p.m. Saturday. Bring any chairs and tables needed for your group. We want to have plenty of food for all owners and their families, so please help us by returning the slip at the bottom of the page by October 4, 1982 and let us know how many adults and children will attend, or call XXX-XXX-3122 and leave the information.
The present slate of officers are offering their services again for the coming year. If you cannot attend the meeting, we would appreciate your proxy vote by filling in the area below and mail it to the above address.
