The third item noted in the topic of New Combinations for Entry Gates: Motioned by LANDOWNER 2nd: LANDOWNER Motion to approve agenda: Mike Derrig Second: David Weston Ayes: All Nays: 0 4) Road Maintenance Update Mike Derrig stated rock had been laid on the steep hill on Turkey Egg Lane but much more work is needed on Turkey Egg Lane to make it passable because it retains water. At the time of the meeting, a car was stuck up to its axles in mud on Northridge leading to Turkey Egg Lane. Rock was also laid on the bend in Road Kill Lane on the Weston property and most of the rock had been meshed into the road from the cars already. More rock may be needed on this bend. All the arterial roads leading into Red Bank Oaks had been graded with emphasis placed on rough spots. He stated the grader still had some time available and would be able to lightly drop his blade on all remaining roads to give them a soft grade. There was not enough funds available to fully grade the remaining roads. Mike also suggested there were areas on Red Bank Roads where rain damage could be minimized on steep inclines by installing small culverts under the road to allow water to drain, thereby reducing the effect of steep rutting along side and across the roads. 5) Red Bank Oaks Pager A suggestion has been made to establish a Red Bank Oaks pager. We continue to have problems with the lock being cut off entry gates and it is suggested perhaps a pager would enable landowners who forgot the combination to immediately contact Red Bank Oaks to gain entry. Landowners could also have immediate contact with Red Bank Oaks regarding emergent situations/conditions which need to be handled. Landowners who attend the meeting will be asked to determine if a pager will be established for 2005-2006. Discussion: Pager to be used for immediate contact and to support landowner emergencies. Pager phone number to be added to the bottom of the signs on the Red Bank Oaks gates. Motion to approve agenda: LANDOWNER Second: Mike Derrig Ayes: All Nays: 0 6) Good of the Order: Open forum for landowners to present information or discussion to benefit all other landowners. The board of directors will establish a time limit for the open forum. No items will be voted on during the open forum. Any discussion topics which arise and require action of the board will be placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting of the board. All landowners are asked to speak in turn, not exceed 3 minutes when speaking, and maintain professional behavior. None presented. 7) Adjourn: 2:45pm Respectfully submitted,
