Discussion of electrical extensions to the subdivision showed the majority in favor of getting power.  It was mentioned that there is a definite need of having telephone wires strung as soon as possible.  It is the desire of all owners for the poles to be put in so the phone wires may be installed.  The recorded document pertaining to electrical extensions and changing the name to Red Bank Oaks Property Owner’s Association had copies to be given out.  This copy is to be added to the amendments to the “Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions”.

Conditions of the roads were discussed.  The roads have been graded and several culverts installed and additional repairs and swales across creeks will be installed as money permits.

A motion was made, seconded and carried by a majority vote to:

1.       Change the annual meeting from the 3rd Tuesday in October to the 3rd Saturday in October with election of officers at that time followed by a Barbeque for all property owners and families.

2.       Have a special informative meeting followed by a Bar-B-Que for all property owners and families six to eight months later when weather permits.

3.       A financial report be sent to all owners with the announcement of each meeting.

The group approved the board to look into purchasing a CB base unit and find a place to monitor it.

Being no further business, meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,

Patricia A. Young

Secretary-Treasurer
