Secretary’s minutes.

The annual membership and director’s meeting was called to order by E. E. Day, President, at 10:00 A.M. at 860 Rio Street, Red Bluff, California.

In attendance were Directors E. E. Day and Frances Day.

There being no matters to bring before the membership, the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 A. M.
