Current Landowners' Top 3 Issues

horizontal rule

SUMMARY:

As Association members, please let us know the top three issues you want the Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association to address.  It’s rare to see all the Association members at the biannual barbecue as many landowners live a great distance away.  Please use the enclosed orange postcard to communicate your priorities.  It is stamped, addressed, and ready to go.  We will prioritize our focus using the inputs we receive.

BREAKDOWN OF VOTES AND COMMENTS:

Last December, we asked for your input on the top three issues you wanted the Red Bank Oaks Property Owners' Association to address. We wish to share the issues your fellow landowners have brought forth. This document is an alphabetical listing of the issues and, other than being categorized, the inputs were not altered and are typed exactly as they were written by the landowners who brought them forth. The priorities each landowner assigned to their issue is reflected at the right of each issue. A 1/4 page summary of these issues is attached. Our responses to these issues are included with this mailing.

The actions of the Board will be guided by the issues you brought forth and we will keep you abreast of our activities. We sincerely appreciate the time you've taken to respond to our inquiry.
