Dear Mr. Young:

 

Enclosed is a copy of the sample letter agreement which would be used in order to supply electric service to an electric overhead powerline owned and maintained by you.  This letter specifies your responsibilities with regard to maintenance, ownership and liability of the line.  Metering would be provided at the point of your residence on an approved service pole.

 

Service could be provided to others on a questionable permanency basis with specific written permission from you.  If after your review of the enclosed letter, you wish to proceed with the construction of your own line, please provide us with the necessary plans and specifications for our review.
