Landowners!  It's time for our Annual Meeting/Barbeque!  

 

Details:  This year’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for 19 October 2002.

 

q  Location:  Traditional picnic spot next to pond - see map on reverse side of this letter.

q  Time:  1:30 pm

q  Menu:  Big Red’s BBQ – Back by popular demand!

 

The Board of Directors will hold an open meeting at this time to allow landowners to discuss and help resolve various agenda items before the Board.  Nominations for the 2002-2003 Board of Directors will be brought forth at this meeting.  A majority of the landowners must be present or represented by proxy for the election of Officers to take place at this meeting.

 

Come on out and enjoy a delicious barbeque, visit the lands, and meet your neighbors!

 

PLEASE RSVP for the barbeque no later than 7 October 2002 to ensure enough food is provided for all attending.

Proxy:  You are encouraged to submit a proxy to represent your interests if you cannot attend this meeting.  Absentee landowners may assign any other landowner of the Association as their proxy.  If the landowner of their choice does not attend the meeting, or is ineligible to vote, the proxy is void and no vote is counted.  All proxies will be dated and good only for the meeting assigned to it.  If no issues arise to be voted on at the meeting, the proxy becomes void.  To ensure the integrity of proxy submissions, all landowners must send their proxy directly to the official Red Bank Oaks Property Owners' Association mailing address or the proxy will be void.  The Board of Directors will document all proxies received and distribute them to the appropriate landowners at the meeting where they are to be used.

 Please detach and return them to the address at the top of this letter if you will attend the picnic or submit a proxy!
