Landowners!  It's time for our Spring Picnic!

Spring Picnic:  The spring picnic is scheduled for 21 April 2001.

q  Location:  Traditional picnic spot next to pond - see map on reverse side of this letter.

q  Time:  1:30 pm

q  Menu:  Clint Pritchard’s Western BBQ Catering, Beer, and Soda

The spring picnics are designated for fun, food, and information only; the Board will not hold an open meeting unless all landowners present request one unanimously.  The Board will, however, have a blank agenda sheet available at the spring picnic so landowners may write down agenda items for the October meeting.  PLEASE RSVP for the picnic no later than 6 April 2001 so we may ensure enough food is provided to feed all attending.

The following information will be provided at the spring picnic:

q A progress report (published by the Department of Water Resources) on the Red Bank reservoir alternative.

q A large Association map identifying PARCELS FOR SALE – let us know if you’re selling and we’ll post it!

q Smaller Association maps for distribution to Association members as needed.

q An anonymous summary of the issues landowners recently submitted in response to our petition.

q An anonymous summary of landowner positions regarding bridging and paving of Balis Bell Road.

q A historical summary of Association minutes and activities - sorted by topic.

q Current CC&Rs – your personal copy is enclosed with this mailing.

Proxy:  In the event landowners unanimously request a meeting at the spring picnic, you may submit a proxy to represent your interests if you are absent.  Absentee landowners may assign any other landowner of the Association as their proxy.  If the landowner of their choice does not attend the meeting, or is ineligible to vote, the proxy is void and no vote is counted.  All proxies will be dated and good only for the meeting assigned to it.  If no issues arise to be voted on at the meeting, the proxy becomes void.  To ensure the integrity of proxy submissions, all landowners must send their proxy to the official Red Bank Oaks Property Owners' Association mailing address or the proxy will be void.  The Board of Directors will document all proxies received and distribute them to the appropriate landowners at the meeting where they are to be used.

The RSVP SLIP and PROXY FORM are below.  You may use the back to submit Fall 2001 AGENDA ITEMS.

Please detach and return them to the address at the top of this letter if you will attend the picnic or submit a proxy!
