Dear Property Owners,

       Spring is here and it looks like good weather ahead.  New calves are running around and the trees are budding out.  It is time for the Spring Barbecue.  We have set the date of Saturday, April 23, 1994 at 2:00 p.m.  It will be held up by the pumphouse and pond.  Be sure and remember to bring your chairs, folding table, fishing poles and swimsuits for kids.  We will hold the BBQ rain or shine.

       Please make reservations by Wednesday, April 20, 1994 by calling (XXX) XXX-4905 or return the notice below.
