Dear Property Owners,

       Spring is here, the creeks are running and the grass and wild flowers are superb.  It is time for the Spring Barbecue at the ranch.  It will take place rain or shine.  We’ll see you at the home place on Balis Bell Road (where the barn is), Saturday, April 20, 1991 at 2:00 pm.  Come join the fun.  You’ll have time to enjoy the Parade in Red Bluff Saturday morning and still make the barbecue.

       Please make reservations by 11:00 pm Wednesday by calling (XXX) XXX-4905 or mailing the notice below.
