Dear Property Owners,

       Our fall barbecue and election of Board Members is scheduled for October 22, 1988 at 1:00 pm.  It will be held at the home place by the old barn on Balis Bell Road.  A delicious Barbecue will be served following the meeting at 2:30 pm.  It is being catered by the same man with the great barbecue sauce.

       Be sure and make reservations by Wednesday, October 19^th by calling XXX-XXX-4905 or mailing the following notice.
