Dear Property Owner,

 

We are having the spring barbecue Saturday, May 14, 1983 at 2:00 pm at the ranch.

      

We must order the steak ahead of time, so please call us by Wednesday, May 11th at 916-527-3122 and make your reservations letting us know how many will be in your party.

 

Again, we ask that you bring chairs, card table or TV trays.  We will have plates, cups, etc.

 

We are looking forward to seeing all of you and everyone getting acquainted with their neighbors.
