Mr. LANDOWNER,

Thank you for offering a piece of your land to support a community power system for the landowners of the Red Bank Oaks Property Owners’ Association!

There were 21 landowners present at the 20 October 2001 meeting who had the benefit of hearing LANDOWNER read your kind letter.  Everyone agreed you were offering a great deal for the benefit of all.  Regrettably, the difficulty we have had securing payments due on generator loans has clearly made those landowners present gun-shy to establishing a system where the Association must collect monthly payments for power generation while expending funds to install and maintain the system and related power lines.  They requested I send you this letter to decline your kind offer at this time and thank you, sincerely, for your vision and support.

There may come a time when the landowners will take you up on your offer.  There are many details which would have to be worked out, both legal and financial, but you never can tell what the future holds!

Thank you, again, for your kindness!

Sincerely,

Kimberly A. Rowe, President
