Fall Meeting October 4, 1997

The meeting was called to order at 1:35 pm by Haskel Young, President.

The meeting started out with discussion of what roads still needed to be graded.  These roads will be done before the heavy rains begin.  A spillway was put in at Clover Creek.

CATTLEMAN, the cattle rancher signed an additional 2 year lease for $13,500 a year for his cattle to graze on Red Bank Oaks Properties.  LANDOWNER to fix the corral in order to unload and load cattle.  The corral is owned by the homeowners and resides on Pat and Haskel’s parcel.  They are in the process of selling this parcel.  It’s been agreed upon with the new owners that the corral can stay where it is for the next 10 years and the homeowners pay them $200 yearly lease fee.

Our meeting place may change, our Spring ’98 meeting will be held at same location.

We needed majority of the homeowners to be interested in power in order to continue with this enormous project.  We did not receive that interest.  This project will go no further.

Next meeting to be held on Saturday April 18, 1998.
