19 October 1996
Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Association
Annual Meeting: Saturday, October 19, 1996
Meeting called to order by President Haskel Young at 2:35 pm.
The following owners were represented:
Minutes of previous meetings were read and stood approved as read.
Treasurers report was handed out to all owners present. This report will be included with the minutes of this meeting and sent to all owners. The present balance in the bank is $53,064.85.
The updated road map was also handed out. Maps will only be sent to those owners who did not attend the meeting.
Red Bank Oaks Association may be exempt from Corporate Taxes. We will send in application and see what happens.
There was 5 nominations for the Board of Directors. No further nominations were added. The vote was unanimous.

Suggestions by Association members:
Build a building on Young’s property to hold our meetings at. It was decided that it is not cost effective for the minimal use it would get.
Electronic gates were brought up. All agreed good idea but need to check into the different types of gates and costs.
Concrete pool for swimming at end of pond or creek for hot summer days. This is not feasible as Red Bank Oak Assoc. owns no property.
PUC in San Francisco gives grants for power. This will be looked into.
LANDOWNER also talked about a Co-Op for Power. LANDOWNER will get info for us.
Hopefully we’ll have some info on the Gates, and Power by the next meeting which should be at the end of April or beginning of May.
The meeting was adjourned to enjoy Tri-tip and Chicken barbecue, along with a Vegetarian Lasagne.
