Red Bank Oaks Meeting Minutes
7 May 1995
May 7, 1995 Meeting of the Board of Directors of Red Bank Oaks Property Owners Association. It was held at Bill Arent’s cabin at 6:30 pm. The following Board Members were present: Haskel H. Young, Bill Arent and Patricia Young.
LANDOWNER’s report on his inquiry into PG&E extensions was discussed and it was agreed that we have no hope of getting power from PG&E anytime soon.
The report of the Generator Committee was read and decided to adopt their recommendations and purchase the Kubota Diesel Generators. The legal papers to be signed are to be drawn up by Louise Longley a lawyer recommended by LANDOWNER.
The generators are to be shipped to the dealer in Pioneer, CA where the dealer will loan Young a trailer to transport them to Red Bank Oaks. The money to pay for the six new generators is to be taken out of the $90,000.00 CD account.
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
