The minutes of the October 19, 1985 meeting were read and approved.  The treasurer’s report showing a balance of $38,046.94 was submitted and it is to be included with the minutes of this meeting.  A copy of the last bank statement is also to be included.

The first order of business was about the power extension.  The results from the questionnaire sent to the 68 parcel owners for an assessment for power is as follows:

No. votes

10

Yes for $200.00 assessment per parcel for one year

24

Yes for $200.00 assessment each year until power is in

14

Not willing to be assessed

20

Did not reply to questionnaire

68 total

There being 34 votes for assessment and 34 nos or not answering we did not charge the assessment.  We will have the money for the extension the spring of 1987 to bring it to the subdivision.

LANDOWNER gave a report on the Schoefield Res. Project.  It looks better than 60% chance that the 5 mile long recreational lake will go in.  The dam will go on the Red Bank Creek at the “Narrows”.

LANDOWNER suggested that the money be used to upgrade the roads and not bring in the power.  No motion was made to this effect.  Each year work will be done on the roads as in the past, and anyone seeing where work is needed is to contact one of the Boards Members.

LANDOWNER made a motion that Haskel Young, Patricia Young and Peter Gaffney be nominated for the 1986-87 Board.  The motion was seconded by LANDOWNER.  Motion was carried.  No other nominations were made so the slate of the above named were unanimously elected.

The combination locks are now on the gates.  Use X-X-X-X to open the gates.

The barbecue was catered by Countryside Deli in Red Bluff.  It consisted of barbecued ribs and chicken, three salads, and baked beans.  Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned for all to enjoy the food.

Respectfully submitted,

PATRICIA YOUNG

Secretary-Treasurer
