Seventy reservations were received for the barbecue.  We had a few no shows so we sold the left over steaks for $34.50 ($1.50 each) making the cost of the barbecue $360.09.  The steaks were cooked to perfection and all the food delicious.  A good time was had by young and old.  Plan now to attend the spring barbecue.

Haskel Young went to the Tehama County Assessors office and had them blanket the whole subdivision so that the letters you received do not have to be returned.  Enclosed is a letter from the county for your file.

Respectfully submitted,

Patricia A. Young

Secretary-Treasurer
